Feria Orchestra perform Saint-Saens’ Carnival of the Animals

At 3pm on Sunday, 6th July, the internationally renowned Feria Chamber Ensemble is coming to Horton for a family-friendly afternoon of light classical music.
The centrepiece of the concert will be Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals, a joyful and playful favourite, featuring talented piano soloists You Chiung Lin and Stephan Dorré. Adding to the fun, Dominic Lopez Real will present specially written comedic poems to bring the animals to life!
Before that, we’ll hear Wagner’s beautiful Siegfried Idyll as it was originally meant to be performed
Set in our stunning village surroundings, this promises to be a magical afternoon of music—one not to be missed! These matinee tickets are £15 adult/£10 under 16s, and are available here
And, as with all of our events, the bar will be open, and there will be tea and cake available too.
